Darauf aufbauend sind Workshops mit interessierten Unternehmen geplant, um die Methodik zu vertiefen und anhand von Praxisbeispielen anzuwenden.

We are pleased to announce you the ETRIA World TRIZ Future Conference, which will take place in:

Dublin (Ireland), 2nd – 4th of November 2011

The Conference is organized by the Institute of Technology Tallaght, Dublin http://www.ittdublin.ie, ETRIA – The European TRIZ association http://etria.net, and is sponsored by CIRP http://www.cirp.net, the international Academy for Production Engineering. The 11th ETRIA World TRIZ Future Conference will be focused on the process of systematic innovation, TRIZ best practices, TRIZ related research activities, applications in industry and education. A broad spectrum of subjects in various fields will be presented and debated with experts, practitioners and newcomers to TRIZ. The Conference aims at linking industrial companies, research centres, educational organizations and individuals to share the experience on systematic innovation and promote TRIZ diffusion worldwide. It will provide an international forum for exchanging new ideas on TRIZ and knowledge-based innovation, presenting recent achievements by the TRIZ community and enabling further advances and collaboration also with the industrial community.

The conference foresees two types of contributions: scientific and practitioner. Scientific contributions deal with theoretic research on TRIZ theory and the development thereof. Practitioners contributions typically deal with applied TRIZ experiences and developments in academics, industry and education.

For the conference itself two paper options have been defined to actively participate in the conference.

§ A full paper with a minimal length of 6 pages. This option is open to both scientific and practitioners contributions. The accepted paper will be published in the conference proceedings. At the conference a live presentation of 30 minutes is expected.

§ A short paper with a maximal length of 2 pages. This option is only open to industry and practitioner type contributions. The accepted short paper will be published in the conference proceedings. At the conference a live presentation of 15 minutes is expected.

Next to the paper sessions also poster sessions will be organized. Templates and deadlines for the poster session will be posted on the website in due time.

We now kindly invite you to submit:

§ For full papers first an abstract (500 words maximum) indicating the paper title, paper structure and the complete address of the author(s) by 8th of April, 2011

§ For short papers only an extended abstract (2 pages) indicating the title, the proposed text for the proceedings and the complete address of the author(s) by 8th of July, 2011.

The full papers (and abstracts) will be reviewed by the ETRIA Board and the Scientific or the Industrial & Practitioners Committees. Short papers will be reviewed by the ETRIA Board and by the Industrial & Practitioners Committee. All accepted contributions will be published in the conference proceedings. Paper templates are available on the official conference websites .
